Posted by Susan in Virginia on Aug 14th, 2009 | 1 commentI have lived in Virginia Beach all my life. Mayor Orbendorf has been mayor since I was in elementary school. I am now 29. Is this legal....I know Governors and Presidents can serve up to two terms but what about mayors???
