Anyone know of any decent Couples things for Valentines in Virginia Beach?

Do not want to go to some crappy bar, but not looking for 100 dollar a ticket black tie even either.. something NICE... Actually went out last year, and the singles were out full force... hitting on my hunny, and I want to find a COUPLES event of some sort! Thanks in advance.. and Virginia Beach preffered, but would consider surrounding areas! We are on a budget... but appreciate any info!
