Gauley River Fall Release 3 Team Extreme: Pillow Rock Rapid

The Fall release of the upper Gauley River in West Virgina has the best white water in the Eastern US. This was our first time down the upper Gauley using a small raft, team extreme is worth the extra money. Eric Powell has been our guide many times, we went to Costa Rica and rafted the Pacuare river with him in December 1998. As you can see Pillow Rock rapid can be very difficult to navigate, luckily we stayed in the raft, but Iron Ring rapid got us! Enjoy.
