Many of the parcels have nice stream and pasture for horses or other animals. The home site are along a ridge top and have a nice view and mature hardwood trees provide a great private environment on each tract . We c urrently (4-27-09) have a 20 acre parcel great for horse farm or organic crops. Nice views and lots of water with fishing. VPI or Virginia Tech is 25 minute drive and Roanoke airport 45 minute drive. a very nice farming area an lots of open spaces. Good hunting on the farm for deer and turkey.
