What do I need to study to become a ‘history interpretor’ at Colonial Williamsburg?

I am an odd child aren't I? I'm studying that and the people right now. I'm trying to get a feel of whats going on every year during Williamsburg during the 18th century.

I would say know the history of Williamsburg, the history of colonial virginia, and the history of the life and customs of Colonial America as it pertains to the southern colonies.

I have several friends that are junior interpertors there. You have to go to a training program first. I’m pretty sure they teach you everything there, but it definitly doesn’t hurt to know some already. I’d study life in 18th century Virginia. They give the junior interpretors about 20 hours of instruction, and I’m assuming it’s similar for adults.
